Rules & Points
This Test Tournament will see STANDARD TEAMS be paired off into 2 TEAM UNITS
All teams will build to Standard Test Tournament Rules (2-4 Pilots, 35k BP)
Teams are PROHIBITED from dumping the majority of their BP into 1 ship (If a ship has more than 17500 BP, reactors will be kinetically applied to hull until it falls into compliance)
Teams will register like any other standard Test Tournament & will be paired off by myself, Muzzled and Invalid AFTER registrations close.
Please keep in mind that what counts is the spirit of the law, not its letter. If you find a tactic or interaction that is clearly broken and / or unintended, let us know. If you instead rely on it, be prepared that we may make a decision on the spot to prohibit its usage, or that it may even already be fixed by the start of the tournament.
The StarCore Team reserves the right to reject any submitted blueprint. If a blueprint is rejected, the team will have a limited amount of time to submit a replacement. If the replacement blueprint is rejected again, the team will have to compete without that ship.

Test your build on a dedicated server! If you experience significant latency while controlling your ship (especially while taking fire), put a subgrid on it. Blame Keen. Use the "Invincible Subgrid" block if you don't want to spend points. Max 1 of these blocks per ship.
Use SHIFT + T to show the stats tracker while looking at a grid
Change your character speed at a medbay.
Many mods have bindable keys for their functions. You can set them in the TextHudAPI's Enter -> F2 menu while ingame.
Use your numpad to quickly control shield shunting directions.
/ds togglehotkeys to enable shield shunt hotkeys.
WARNING: Weapons perform differently when activated with timers. No one knows why, and it only happens sometimes.
