Blacklist:

scripts that auto orient your piloted ship towards a target
scripts that auto modulate/shunt shield systems
PMW scripts (grid missiles) - using them for drones with crazy PID values is fine
Unreasonably performance intensive scripts. If this becomes an issue we'll need to use PBlimiter.
